I really wanted to feel comfortable using this, but the safety information just wasn’t clear enough for me. It left me feeling unsure, and I didn’t feel as safe as I expected to

Ordered a couple safety items from justrite for work. The website was easy enough to use, and shipping was fine.

The products seem solid, but the pricing felt a bit high after I looked around. Kind of expected a little more for what I paid.
Overall, not a bad experience. I’d buy from them again if I needed something specific, but I’d probably compare prices first.

My order arrived in good shape, so no complaints there. I just thought the shipping would be a little quicker based on what I had in mind, so the wait was a bit disappointing for me.

My order ended up taking way longer than I expected, and I never really got a clear update about what was going on. I kept checking and still didn’t know if it had shipped or was delayed, which was frustrating. That part was weird

I’m still waiting for an actual reply from customer service, and it’s getting frustrating. If this doesn’t get sorted out soon, I’m going to start looking elsewhere.

I wasn’t happy with the return process, it was confusing from the start. I also tried getting help through warranty support, but they didn’t really do much to clear things up...

I went on justrite.com because I needed a couple safety cans and some spill stuff for work, but a bunch of the sizes I actually needed weren’t available. Some were marked backordered, and for others it wasn’t very clear if or when they’d be back, which made the whole thing feel like a bit of a guessing game.

The site was fine to browse, but I kept clicking on products only to realize I couldn’t really buy what I came for. I kind of regret spending the time there first instead of checking another supplier right away. I ended up ordering elsewhere, and I’d maybe try Justrite again, but only if their stock situation is better.

I ordered from justrite.com, and thankfully the item itself seemed okay, but wow, the box looked like it had been through a lot. One side was crushed, and the tape was already half coming loose. I remember thinking, really, this is how it was shipped? For something I expected to be packed a bit better, it was kind of disappointing. The product was fine, but the shipping definitely needs more care

The cabinet looks decent once it’s set up, and I do like the overall style. That said, mine arrived with a few scratches, and the door feels a bit flimsy when opening and closing it. For the price, I expected it to feel sturdier and arrive in better condition.
